Customer, availability, payment, and communication facts may exist when required to explain or complete an offer. They remain contextual to Quotes and Commitments and do not become independent modules.

After commitment

When a customer accepts an offer, Kordless records the Commitment — the accepted offer, any hold, booking confirmation, or deposit status — and hands the result to your operating systems. Kordless does not:
  • Schedule the job
  • Track fulfillment or production
  • Send invoices or collect final payment
  • Manage customer relationships after the offer
  • Run reactivation or recall campaigns
The Commitment is the boundary event. Downstream fulfillment is yours. Use Kordless for:
  • Producing quotes from your verified Book
  • Collecting customer requirements through hosted pages or embeds
  • Recording accepted offers and deposit state
  • Receiving webhooks when a Quote or Commitment changes state
Use your existing systems for:
  • Scheduling and dispatch
