After commitment
When a customer accepts an offer, Kordless records the Commitment — the accepted offer, any hold, booking confirmation, or deposit status — and hands the result to your operating systems. Kordless does not:- Schedule the job
- Track fulfillment or production
- Send invoices or collect final payment
- Manage customer relationships after the offer
- Run reactivation or recall campaigns
