Connect Stripe
Open the Money tab
Click Money in the sidebar. If you haven’t connected Stripe yet, you’ll see a Connect Stripe prompt.
Select your country
Choose the country where your studio is registered. This is fixed at account creation — it determines your currency and banking options.
Complete Stripe onboarding
You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s hosted onboarding page. Enter your studio details, bank account, and tax information. Stripe handles identity verification (KYC) — Kordless never sees or stores this information.
The onboarding link expired

If you leave Stripe’s onboarding page open too long, the link expires. Kordless detects this and sends you to a refreshed onboarding link automatically — just click Connect Stripe again. Your account already exists, so you won’t need to re-enter your country.

Stripe may require additional verification after onboarding completes — this is normal for some business types and countries. Check your email for Stripe’s verification requests. Once Stripe approves, the status updates automatically. You can also check status in the Stripe Dashboard.
Payout timing
Payouts follow Stripe’s standard schedule for your account:- Daily — payouts arrive every business day (default for most US accounts)
- Weekly — payouts arrive on a set day each week
- Monthly — payouts arrive on the 1st of each month
Open the Stripe Express Dashboard
Click Open Stripe Dashboard
In the Money tab, click Open Stripe Dashboard. This generates a fresh login link for your connected account.

The login link is single-use and expires quickly. If it fails, return to the Money tab and click Open Stripe Dashboard again to generate a fresh link. If the problem persists, your connected account may need re-verification — check for emails from Stripe.
What happens when you disconnect
If you pause or cancel your Kordless subscription, your Stripe connection stays active — it’s your account, not ours. Existing deposits and payouts continue to process normally. You can continue to access the Stripe Express Dashboard directly. If you ever want to fully disconnect Stripe from Kordless, contact support. Existing payments and payout history remain in your Stripe account.Next steps
