Set Up Your CRM

The Kordless CRM helps you manage contacts, track deals, and organize your sales pipeline.

Navigate to **[CRM](https://app.kordless.ai)**

Go to CRM in the main navigation sidebar.

Create Your First Contact

Click New Contact and add:
  • Name and email
  • Phone number
  • Company (optional)
  • Notes about the contact

Set Up Teams (Optional)

If you have multiple team members:
  1. Go to CRMTeams
  2. Create a team and add members
  3. Assign contacts and deals to teams

Create a Pipeline

Go to CRMPipelines to:
  • Set up deal stages (e.g., “Lead”, “Qualified”, “Proposal”, “Closed”)
  • Create your first deal
  • Track progress through stages

Start Managing Customer Relationships

Add Activities

Log interactions with contacts:
  • Calls and meetings
  • Emails and messages
  • Notes and follow-ups

Create Tasks

Set reminders and to-dos:
  • Follow-up calls
  • Send proposals
  • Schedule meetings

Track Deals

Move deals through your pipeline:
  • Update deal stages
  • Add deal values
  • Monitor progress
