Set Up Your CRM
The Kordless CRM helps you manage contacts, track deals, and organize your sales pipeline.Navigate to **[CRM](https://app.kordless.ai)**
Go to CRM in the main navigation sidebar.
Create Your First Contact
Click New Contact and add:
- Name and email
- Phone number
- Company (optional)
- Notes about the contact
Set Up Teams (Optional)
If you have multiple team members:
- Go to CRM → Teams
- Create a team and add members
- Assign contacts and deals to teams
Create a Pipeline
Go to CRM → Pipelines to:
- Set up deal stages (e.g., “Lead”, “Qualified”, “Proposal”, “Closed”)
- Create your first deal
- Track progress through stages
Start Managing Customer Relationships
Add Activities
Log interactions with contacts:
- Calls and meetings
- Emails and messages
- Notes and follow-ups
