Booking Failures
If bookings are not being created:
- Confirm the service is active
- Verify availability exists for the requested time
- Test with a different service or time slot
For web chat widgets:
- Confirm the deployment is live
- Re-check the embed code
- Test in an incognito window
Voice Calls Not Connecting
For voice agents:
- Make sure a phone number is assigned
- Verify the voice deployment is live
- Place a test call from a different phone
