Check business hours, team availability, and service durations. Agents follow the same availability rules as your calendar.

Booking Failures

If bookings are not being created:
  • Confirm the service is active
  • Verify availability exists for the requested time
  • Test with a different service or time slot

Widget Not Showing

For web chat widgets:
  • Confirm the deployment is live
  • Re-check the embed code
  • Test in an incognito window

Voice Calls Not Connecting

For voice agents:
  • Make sure a phone number is assigned
  • Verify the voice deployment is live
  • Place a test call from a different phone
