Check business hours, team availability, and service durations. Agents follow the same availability rules as your calendar.Booking Failures

- Verify availability exists for the requested time
- Test with a different service or time slot
Widget Not Showing
For web chat widgets:- Confirm the deployment is live
- Re-check the embed code
- Test in an incognito window
Voice Calls Not Connecting
For voice agents:- Make sure a phone number is assigned
- Verify the voice deployment is live
- Place a test call from a different phone
