Set Up Your First Service

Services define what your customers can book.

Navigate to Services

Go to CalendarServices in the sidebar.

Create a Service

Click New Service and configure:
  • Service name (e.g., “Haircut”, “Consultation”)
  • Description
  • Duration (in minutes)
  • Pricing (optional)

Configure Calendar Settings

In the Calendar tab:
  • Set slot intervals
  • Configure booking window (how far in advance customers can book)
  • Choose fulfillment scope (any host, specific host, or team)

Configure Availability

Define when you’re available for bookings using the hierarchical availability system.
Kordless uses a 3-tier availability hierarchy:
  1. Business Hours - Your general operating hours
  2. Team Availability - Hours specific to a team
  3. Individual Availability - Hours for specific team members

Set Business Hours

These are already configured in Business Settings. These define your overall operating hours.

Add Team Members (Optional)

If using team-based booking:
  1. Go to CRMTeams
  2. Create a team and add members

Configure Availability Rules

Go to Calendar → select your service → Availability tab:
  • For individual booking: Add individual availability for each team member
  • For team booking: Add team availability
  • For any-host booking: Business hours are used automatically

Test Your Booking Flow

Visit Your Booking Page

Open your public booking URL in an incognito/private browser window.

Select a Service

Choose one of your services to test the booking flow.

Pick a Time

Select an available time slot. You should see slots based on your availability rules.

Complete Booking

Fill in the contact form and complete a test booking.

View in Calendar

Return to your Kordless dashboard and check the Calendar to see your test booking.
