Set Up Your First Service
Services define what your customers can book.Create a Service
Click New Service and configure:
- Service name (e.g., “Haircut”, “Consultation”)
- Description
- Duration (in minutes)
- Pricing (optional)
Configure Availability
Define when you’re available for bookings using the hierarchical availability system.Kordless uses a 3-tier availability hierarchy:
- Business Hours - Your general operating hours
- Team Availability - Hours specific to a team
- Individual Availability - Hours for specific team members
Set Business Hours
These are already configured in Business Settings. These define your overall operating hours.
Add Team Members (Optional)
If using team-based booking:
- Go to CRM → Teams
- Create a team and add members
