10-Minute Setup Checklist

Open Agents

Go to Agents in the main navigation.

Create your agent

Pick a template or start from scratch, then name your agent. See Build Your Agent.

Define the goal

Decide whether the agent should capture leads, book appointments, customer support, etc. See Use Cases.

Make sure business info is complete

Enter services, hours, locations, FAQs, etc. so the agent answers accurately. See Booking and Scheduling and Build Your Agent.

Deploy to a channel

Go to the Deployed Agents tab and deploy your agent to Web Chat or Voice. See Channels & Deploy.

Test the experience

Run a test conversation and confirm booking and notifications. See Conversations and Handoffs and Notifications.
