Create Your First AI Agent

AI agents engage visitors on your website and handle phone calls, capturing leads and booking appointments 24/7.

Navigate to Agents

Go to Agents in the main navigation sidebar.

Create Your Agent

In the Agent Library tab, click New Agent and choose:
  • Sales Assistant Template (recommended for most users)
  • Custom Agent (for advanced configuration)

Configure Your Agent

In Agent Settings, configure your agent:
  • Name and title: How the agent introduces itself
  • Behavior: Communication style and personality
  • Goals: What your agent should achieve (lead qualification, booking, etc.)
  • FAQ: Add knowledge about your business

Test Your Agent

Use the preview panel to test conversations:
  • Ask questions about your services
  • Test booking flows
  • Verify responses match your goals

Deploy to a Channel

Go to the Deployed Agents tab and choose a channel:
  • Web Chat: For website visitors
  • Voice: For phone calls

Deploy to Web Chat

Open Deployed Agents Tab

In Agents, switch to the Deployed Agents tab.

Select Web Chat

Click the Web Chat channel tab.

Add Deployment

Click Add Web Chat deployment, select your agent, and configure:
  • Deployment name (e.g., “Website Homepage”)
  • SMS notifications number (optional)

Get Embed Code

Click the code icon to get JavaScript snippet or hosted link for your website.

Deploy to Voice (Phone)

Purchase a Phone Number

Go to the Phone tab and click + New Phone Number:
  • Choose country (US or Canada)
  • Enter area code (optional)
  • Search and select a number
  • Purchase the number

Create Voice Deployment

Switch to Deployed Agents tab, select Voice channel, and click Add Voice deployment:
  • Select your agent
  • Choose the phone number
  • Configure SMS notifications (optional)

Test Your Voice Agent

Call the phone number to verify your agent answers correctly.
