Kordless handles the path from pricing knowledge through verified Book, Quote, and Commitment. It does not operate the business after commitment. ## In scope * Book creation from existing pricing artifacts, typed or spoken explanations, supported starting points, or guided first-pricing setup * Structured extraction and clarification * Sentence verification through plain-language Statements * Calibration against representative and boundary cases * Coverage and readiness checks * Draft, Live, and archived Book versions * Change proposals and impact preview * Shadow mode and approval-first operation * Quote requests and deterministic evaluation * Exact, range, review, inspection, unavailable, and failed outcomes * Owner approval, correction, and decline * Derivation receipts and exact replay * Bounded availability checks * Holds, booking, and deposits through commitment * Hosted quote paths, embeds, APIs, and published Book pages * Workspace, connected-Account access, credentials, usage, and billing ## What Kordless does not include * Full scheduling, dispatch, and production management * General CRM and customer database * Invoicing, balances, payouts, and accounting * Recall and reactivation * Reviews * Website builder * Forms builder * Marketing automation * SEO, GEO, visibility, and growth tools * General-purpose inbox and messaging * General automation builder * Anthropomorphic AI assistant or autonomous agent * Inventory, payroll, ERP, fulfillment, and field operations Customer, availability, payment, and communication facts may exist when required to explain or complete an offer. They remain contextual to Quotes and Commitments and do not become independent modules. ## After commitment When a customer accepts an offer, Kordless records the Commitment — the accepted offer, any hold, booking confirmation, or deposit status — and hands the result to your operating systems. Kordless does not: * Schedule the job * Track fulfillment or production * Send invoices or collect final payment * Manage customer relationships after the offer * Run reactivation or recall campaigns The Commitment is the boundary event. Downstream fulfillment is yours. ## Recommended integration boundary Use Kordless for: * Producing quotes from your verified Book * Collecting customer requirements through hosted pages or embeds * Recording accepted offers and deposit state * Receiving webhooks when a Quote or Commitment changes state Use your existing systems for: * Scheduling and dispatch * Customer records after commitment * Invoicing and payment processing * Fulfillment tracking * Marketing and retention ## Where to find retired features If you followed a link for a calendar, CRM, ledger, payouts, reviews, website editor, or recall feature, those capabilities are no longer part of Kordless.
